Psychoeducational Evaluations
At Proventus Psychoeducational Services, we operate on a self-pay basis and do not accept insurance. However, some clients have successfully sought reimbursement from their insurance providers. We recommend consulting your insurance provider to determine what specific coverage may be reimbursable.
Evaluation Fees
The evaluation fees are determined by the specific referral concerns and the extent of assessments required. Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations typically range from $1,400 to $3,600. This fee includes both direct and indirect services.

A non-refundable initial consultation fee of $200 will apply to all services.

Following the initial consultation, your service provider will present an evaluation proposal, which will outline the flat rate evaluation fee.
Once the evaluation plan is finalized and mutually agreed upon, we will require your consent along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the evaluation fee. The remaining balance will be due at the time of scheduling the feedback session, during which a written report will be provided.
Independent Educational Evaluation
An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is conducted at public expense, meaning the school district assumes full financial responsibility for the evaluation. To ensure that the cost of the IEE is covered, a formal agreement must be established between the school district and Proventus Psychoeducational Services prior to the commencement of services. All components of the IEE are billed according to the same fee schedule used for psychoeducational evaluations.

Our psychologists are available for consultations to address any concerns regarding your child's progress. The consultation fee is $200.00 per hour and includes the following services:
